Ross brings 40 years of IT experience in the fields of Secure Software Development, Secure Networking, Cybersecurity, and Incident Handling to name a few. Ross can at one moment be contributing in a technological situational assessment and then rotate seamlessly into a C-Suite discussion on how the technology issues can positively or negatively impact an organization. While starting up and selling many technology companies over his career, Ross has seen the IT frontier from both the perspective of a technologist and a business leader.

Richard Dunlap, PhD, Principal Systems Engineer Veloxiti AI, brings 20 years of software development and product management for the B2B market including healthcare IT, development and deployment of web-based software using Agile development paradigms, and expertise in AI development and data analytics systems.
KATIE MARTICKE // DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING
Katie brings her digital and social media knowledge and expertise to Group Salus to support our marketing efforts. Under her brand, Mokum Provisions, she has worked with private companies, nonprofit organizations, and government entities, creating effective campaigns and delivering strong ROIs. In her role as Group Salus' Director of Digital Marketing, Katie is responsible for social and digital media, including strategy, design and implementation.
DR. STEVE EVERETT // DIRECTOR OF STAKEHOLDER MEASUREMENT
Steve has been measuring audiences and other stakeholder groups for 35 years. After eight years as an academic in Boulder, Colorado, he moved to Washington, DC, where he directed audience measurement and policy research for the National Association of Broadcasters. He then moved across the river to the Pentagon, where he stood up and ran the Strategic Communication Research and Assessment program for the U.S. Air Force for 16 years. He’s also worked with NASA on audience and stakeholder studies (internal and external). Steve’s research firm, the Everett Group, has developed the Ansanon® survey tool that’s integrated with the PreTector™ platform.
MICHAEL JACOBSON // CFO
Michael began his professional career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Today, through his consulting firm, he serves as a consulting chief financial officer and strategy consultant for mid-market and emerging companies. Since 2001, he has provided advisory services to a variety of companies in the Atlanta area, leading to numerous liquidity events for those companies. Michael currently serves as a Board Member of Craft Bank, Atlanta GA, and The Standard Club.

Veloxiti AI Works invents, builds, and deploys intelligent systems that create competitive advantages for their clients. The AI technology they use today has roots in pioneering research work Veloxiti performed for the Department of Defense. As a result of this R&D, they have proprietary technology and a suite of tools to efficiently build intelligent systems.
Veloxiti’s agent-based cognitive approach allows development of intelligent systems that keep users “in the loop.” Their systems are particularly useful in domains that require users to manage large amounts of data under strict time constraints. Jon Neiditz helped to develop the foundations of coordinated, multidisciplinary breach response in the early 2000s and has never stopped developing successful trust-building approaches to security incident response and preparation for response, while himself always managing multiple responses. Jon has been recognized for his incident response work and thought leadership by, among others, the National Law Journal as a “Cybersecurity Trailblazer,” as a Ponemon Fellow and by Best Lawyers in America®.
