WILLIAM MARKS, Director of Strategy, brings more than 35 years of corporate communications experience with companies such as BellSouth, IBM, Home Depot, Delta Air Lines, Lowe’s, AT&T, Deloitte and was also vice president of public relations for Coca-Cola North America.  

SCOTT MARTICKE, Founder and President, brings over 30 years of marketing and advertising experience working with companies and organizations. In 2009 he co-founded online research company Sentiment360. He was instrumental in the creation and launch of the cybersecurity/brand protection service for Omnicom’s global communications firm Porter Novelli. 

 MARK GOLDMAN, Founder and  CEO, brings 35 years of marketing, management & corporate governance experience. He has worked with many highly regarded brands like Diet Coke, BellSouth, UPS, Marriott, IHG, The Home Depot and American Express.   

DANIEL CROWDER,  Director of Development, brings a wealth of experience as SALUS' Director of  Development. He was the founder of  Monumental, digital agencies, start-ups and corporate clients who needed to deliver extremely complex digital products and innovative marketing campaigns.  Most recently he was a partner in the digital development and design company Goods & Services. Daniel is responsible for the creation of the SALUS Software Platform.  

He has guided a variety of successful UX, product development and innovation needs — including the development and design of the CMS framework Trampoline, developing IoT cloud strategy for Flextronics and innovating in the marketing automation space. 

Daniel has been featured on for his work creating the Trampoline CMS, instructed at Portfolio Center and worked with the European Union on strategies to convert cultural wealth into economic development

CANDACE McCaffery, Director of Sales leads SALUS' Business Development and strategic sales team. She is a senior level communications strategist who has created award integrated marketing programs that drive brand value. She brings a wealth of Public Relations experience, including issues and crises management and brand reputation management.  

With a proven track record of acquisition, growth, and retention of clients across a broad range of industries, Candace is adept at  identifying critical gaps (and opportunities) that impact communications and brand health.
